CAN I GET A REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
No, all sales are final. We're a super small team so unless the order is not in good condition on arrival or we made a mistake, we ask that you carefully commit to your purchase :)
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact our customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org or through the Contact Us form on our website to receive assistance. We would be happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or store credit if necessary.
HOW DO I WASH MY OMNEE CLOTHES?
For best results we recommend to:
- Wash on cold & delicate
- Hang dry to avoid any shrinkage or fading caused by the heat of the dryer. Hang drying is also better for the environment :)
- Accessories are best left untouched. We don't recommend washing them, but if you're feeling daring, wash at your own risk
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We are excited to offer shipping to locations all around the world! However, there is a small list of countries that are currently excluded by USPS. If your country is on this list, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that shipping will be available to you again in the future.
For international orders, the delivery address you provide must be written in English. USPS will not process orders written in foreign languages. If you need to use a separate language please provide an English translation as well.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
PRE-MADE ITEMS: Orders are sent out within 1-7 days of purchase.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS: All items that are pre-order will be listed in the product description. Please check the description for accurate production times.
USA ORDERS: 1-5 day delivery
REST OF WORLD: 7-21 day delivery
MY ORDERS TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED IN SEVERAL DAYS, WHAT CAN I DO?
We recommend checking in with your local carrier to see if they have any updates while it’s still in transit. If your package is in the United States, you will want to contact USPS support over the phone at 1 (800) 275-8777. If you are an international customer, you will want to contact your local carrier that handles USPS packages instead, such as: Canada Post. If you are unable to receive an update from your carrier, please email our customer service at email@example.com or fill out the “Contact Us” form on our website for help!
MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WHAT CAN I DO?
Omnee World is not responsible for any packages after they have been shipped out.
If your package has been damaged in transit we suggest to reach out to USPS or your local carrier if you're not located in the USA. If the product is damaged and the packaging is fine, please reach out to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Contact Us form on our website.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT, WHAT CAN I DO?
It is extremely common for the carrier to accidentally deliver mail to neighboring addresses, just by one or two houses in most cases. We recommend checking around your home and with your neighbors, if you are unable to locate it – you will want to contact your local carrier over the phone with tracking number in hand to investigate the lost shipment. If the parcel is around, they will be able to easily find it. If your search is unsuccessful, please email our customer service team at email@example.com or fill out the “Contact Us” form on our website for further assistance!
I PUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you need to change your delivery address please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or dm us on instagram @OMNEEWORLD. We cannot reship orders once they have already been sent out. If your order is shipped to the wrong address Omnee World is not responsible. If it gets returned to us we will gladly send it back out, however customers will be responsible for the new postage costs.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I CHANGE IT?
If your order has not been shipped, send us a dm @OMNEEWORLD or email email@example.com and we will happily change it for you.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
We cancel any orders that get picked up by our fraud scanner. Our fraud scanner notifies us of potentially fraudulent orders, such as a purchase made with a stolen credit card. If your order was falsely cancelled please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
