do you offer returns or exchanges?
yup. returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items in new and unworn condition. please note customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges. to start a return or exchange please contact us at help@omneeworld.com.
i received a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, what should i do?
if your package arrived with damages, please contact the associated shipping provider to open a dispute. omnee world is not responsible for packages after we've handed them off to the postal carrier.
if your packaged arrived safely but the items are damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, we would be happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund if necessary.

how do i wash omnee clothing?
wash on cold & delicate, and hang dry. we do not recommend using a dryer on our clothing as the high heat can cause damage to the fabric or shrinking. wash accessories at your own risk.
how long is shipping?
all pre-made orders are sent out within 1-7 days of purchase.
all items are pre-made unless specifically marked as pre-order.
pre-order items will include associated shipping times in the product description.
usa:
west coast: 1-3 business days
east coast: 2-5 business days
international:
7-21 business days
do you ship worldwide?
yes, we ship to over 170+ different countries. for international orders, the address must be written in english. our local postal carrier will return packages if they are not written in english.
some countries may charge additional fees like customs duties and taxes. omnee world is not responsible for paying or reimbursing any customs duties or fees applied by your country.
we cannot ship to the following countries at this time:
belarus, ghana, iraq, kazakhstan, kyrgyzstan, lebanon, myanmar, nigeria, palestinian territories, russia, zimbabwe
my package was stolen, damaged, or lost in transit, what can i do?
if your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged in transit we suggest to reach out to the postal carrier to file a dispute. all usa packages include $100 insurance.

my package was never delivered, or returned to sender, what can i do?
if your package was undelivered or returned to us, we will gladly ship it out again or send you a refund. please note shipping fees are non-refundable. customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges.
i entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size, what can i do?
if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will gladly change your address, or switch the size if its available. if your order has already been shipped unfortunately there is nothing we can do. you can try and contact the carrier and see if they are able to change it for you.
